Comprehensive review of the devdock.dev security posture, sandboxing mechanisms, and cryptographic implementations.
All computations run inside the standard browser JavaScript sandbox. Features operate without elevated OS privileges and cannot access local files without explicit user selection via HTML file input pickers.
Where cryptographic operations are performed (such as in the Hash Generator or Password Generator), devdock.dev relies exclusively on the browser's standard window.crypto.subtle and crypto.getRandomValues implementations, avoiding vulnerable JavaScript math randomness.
As explicitly noted in the JWT Decoder workspace: decoding a JSON Web Token client-side inspects the base64url-encoded claims payload, but does not prove cryptographic authenticity unless the secret signing key is provided and verified. Users should not assume an expired or tampered token is valid merely because it decodes cleanly.
If you identify a security vulnerability in devdock.dev, please submit a report directly via our GitHub repository or contact the security team. We take all reports seriously and will investigate immediately.
